According to Bhavishya puran etc. Nanda dynasty belongs to Nai caln and according to Mahabharat Mahapadma Nanda is father of Chandragupt Maurya because Chandragupt mother name is Maura thats why he known as chandragupt maurya that show Maurya dynasty also belongs to  Nai (Caste) and in Buddhist text written that Ashoka born in clan in which Belongs to Gutam buddha which means Ikshvaku(Shakya clan) According to facts Nai clan belongs to Lord Ram and Sita mata elder son love According to puranic fact last Chkravrti king of Ikshvaku dynasty is Ashokvardhan(Ashoka) .

According to Nai caste history they're first ancestor is Nabhi in puranic literature Nabhi is king of Ikshvaku Dynasty .Nai people generally vegetarians normally speak Gujarati and they are live in Gujarat .

Nabhi is Known as Haihay or Ekveer According to Devi bhagvat puran Ekveer is son of Vishnu or Bishnu and his mother is lakshmi and they both give their son to king of ikshvaku dynasty because he  dont have any child so he worship Vishnu and told him that he want one child because he don't have any successor so vishnu told him he will give him son after some time vishnu give his son to king and then that boy grown up and become king of Mahishmati and  kill  demon talketu or Kalketu.

Difference Between Nai and Barbers and vaid and doctors

Kayastha are totally different from (Nai)Vaidya from Gujarat and Valand also different from Nai They are not Nai .

Nai are Native from Uttar Gujarat .

Nai are doing occupation of barber by birth and other adopted and Nai not consider south Indian Nai as Nai .

Kayastha are doing surgery and vaid are only give ayurvedic  medicine .

They are different but occupation is same

Example :Now day's many people become doctors but they don't have relationship with each other similarly in that time this thing happened.
